I've been using Vista since two weeks before the official release. I'm relatively satisfied, but one thing still bugs me: Vista doesn't do File Tagging, Rating or Commenting. Seriously. They SAY it does, but it does not. What it does do, is edit metadata in a very few file types that have internal metadata which Vista understands. Therefore, you can tag and rate music, video, MS Word files, and pictures. That's IT. NEWS FLASH: There are other types of files! I have 5 hard drives...

Live Writer broke a while back - trying to see if maybe it is fixed?

Testing posting via Windows Live Writer. Picture.... Etc. Looks good.   But, it doesn't support all features apparently. Can't set subtitles, or hyperlink at the top... I'm sure there are more omissions. But handy for posting pictures, it will auto-thumbnail and upload to the FTP server. Also doesn't seem to support sub-categories.. .that's a minus. I guess I'll just use it for posts with pics.

This leaves Microsoft as the only big name left with HD-DVD on the xBox 360 (thankfully as an external addon, not internal). I've been looking for a Mac Expose-like task manager. There are several I've found, like WinPLOSION, but they all seem to freak out about having IconX/DesktopX loaded. WinPLOSION simply doesn't work at all, it flickers and turns off IconX, flickers and turns it back on, but never actually works... Anyone know of one that *does* work?

I watched the movie "Adaptation" (Starring Nicholas Cage) last night... It was "pretty good". I think Cage over-acted the part a bit. The protagonist has a fear of social situations, and spends all of his time second-guessing things he does, and what people thinka bout him, and it ends up paralyzing him socially so that he can't participate normally in society.
